Delegates Carmichael and Ashley move to amend the amendment on page 1, section 1, line 13, after the word "judges", by inserting the following:
: Provided, That effective the first day of January, two thousand nine, said circuit shall have three judges
And
On page 2, section 1, line 34, after the word "judges", by striking the following language:
": Provided, That effective the first day of January, two thousand nine, said circuit shall have three judges"
